Trillium at Canton is one of the best brewery around the south of Boston. They have a great outdoor spot to hangout during summer and they have good food and beer.

A beautiful location in Canton, with some great food and various selection of food trucks on various days. Food on the slightly pricier side but was all very delicious. Beers were top drawer as well and well worth a visit.

Trillium Brewing Company is just one of those places that never misses. Their beer is always incredible, with so many great options and killer seasonal brews. We tried the food for the first time and, wow, those wood-fired pizzas (buffalo chicken and pepperoni) were a total hit—perfect for sharing with friends or family. Pro tip: in the winter, seating is pretty tight, so definitely make a reservation to avoid the wait. Don’t leave without checking out their beers to-go and their new spirits—you’ll thank me later!

I don't know about other things (food portions, service, what is allowed, not allowed, kids or not, busy or not, etc), but if you want a good burger, then this is the place. I had a good first time experience with a to-go order when it wasn't busy. Smashed burger: Grass fed patty, with a nice crisp on the outside, soft inside, right amount of seasoning, perfect bun, soooo good. The fresh cut fries are nicely seasoned with real salt. I got my special sauce on the side to deep the fries in. Has a nice spicy kick to it. A brew was calling my name, but I am on the job driving. Definitely next time off the clock. Price was a little more than the fast food crap. Worth it 100%.

I went here for the first time yesterday with my group and it was awesome! It’s huge inside so it definitely fits a good amount of people inside and outside. Customer service was nice overall. The staff there had great recommendations for the IPA’s. The store part of the brewery was a decent size and they had a really good selection of different items of clothings and A LOT of drink options. I had to get myself a fly hat and a magnet The buffalo chicken pizza was FIREEE! I highly recommend checking this place out because I know for a fact, I will be back :)

Good food and drinks (beers AND cocktails), but it's on the pricy side, no dogs allowed, and the place is crawling with off-leash children. There was literally a child behind the bar at one point. I liked the old location much better.

The beer is phenomenal. My favorite is Bees - very highly recommend if you like a fresh medium bodied beer. My second favorite is Fated Farmer: Blueberry. I also enjoyed Queen Bees, Trillium, and Seesaw. Overall, you probably can’t go wrong with the beers here. The buffalo chicken pizza is also wonderful. It’s not your typical pizza joint pizza. The onion and celery really lifted it and gave it a fresh note I appreciated. I would not recommend the buffalo chicken dip. It was way too salty, and overall a flavor I did not like. I’m easy to please, so if I don’t finish something, it’s got to be actively pretty bad, sorry to say. The texture of the dip was oily and sloppy, to be frank. The chips were also coated in salt and overcooked/too crispy.
